This year lets make a pact to stop feeling guilty about the things we eat, to stop saying “I know I shouldn’t eat this, but I will make up for it later…”. Instead lets embrace our choices and love ourselves. Enjoy your time with each other this holiday, honor your family’s traditions, and make yourself feel good. Stop thinking about your New Years diet and instead think about the joy of eating, how long you can savor each bite and how you can sneak an extra hug out of your teenager.
Stop feeling guilty and instead be mindful of how you are eating it. Take time to salivate after your food, take time to smell, take time to chew your food. Enjoy each bite and love the quality of food that you are eating.

Have a happy holiday! Laugh, love, and enjoy each moment.
