I love turkey! But sometimes it comes out so dry or the skin isn’t crispy enough. And I seriously question cooking in those plastic bags…it just seems like heating plastic up could release so many toxins on to my big beautiful kosher bird.
So I turned to the genius at NOM NOM Paleo for a recipe for turkey. She did not disappoint that is for sure. We made this beautiful spatchcocked turkey based on her recipe for brine and cooking.
