Ali Anderson is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in Charleston, SC.  She works with autoimmune and digestive distress along with improving relationships with food.  Ali teaches and speaks on using a bio-individual approach to nutrition and using food as our strength.

She is a former 9-1-1 dispatcher and member of the SWAT team.  Ali lives in the country outside of Charleston, SC where she is married to a firefighter. They have two teenage kids and a few four legged children. This drives Ali’s passion about working with our military, 911 dispatchers, police officers, firefighters/ems  – her goal is to make nutrition accessible to all.

Her own health challenges led her down the path of working with others.  After 12 years of seeing multiple doctors and getting caught in the vicious circle of medications and surgeries she knew that there had to be another way.  With the help of a functional doctor, acupuncturist, chiropractor, and an amazing nutritional therapist Ali started feeling “well” again.  She embraced these changes and furthered her education, research, and travels to gain applicable knowledge.  Between embracing bone broth as one her main medications and changing her eating and lifestyle life became amazing again.  Now her passion is helping others feel “well” and then “amazing” again.
